SERVICE: CRO & UX

Turn the Traffic You Already Have Into More Customers

More visitors isn't always the answer — often the bigger win is converting more of the traffic you already get. I look at your product pages, cart, and checkout flow to find where visitors drop off, and fix it.

WHERE I LOOK

The places most stores lose conversions

Product pages

Image/copy hierarchy, trust signals, variant selection friction, and calls to action.

Page speed as a CRO factor

A slow product page loses buyers before they ever see your offer — speed and conversion aren't separate problems.

Cart & checkout flow

Unnecessary steps, unclear shipping/tax info, and mobile friction that causes abandonment.

Mobile experience

Most Shopify traffic is mobile — layouts that work on desktop often quietly underperform on phones.

Broken or confusing UI

Sliders, filters, or forms that don't work as expected quietly cost sales without ever showing up as an "error."

Section/layout structure

Rebuilding sections in Liquid to support the layout changes a CRO review actually calls for.

APPROACH

Evidence-informed, not opinion-based

Review your analytics & funnel

Where visitors actually drop off, not where I assume they do.

Identify friction points

Specific sections, steps, or interactions creating hesitation or confusion.

Prioritize by impact

Fix the highest-leverage issues first, not everything at once.

Implement & measure

Ship the change and track the effect on conversion rate.

FAQ

CRO & UX FAQs

Do I need more traffic or better conversion first?

Often conversion — it's usually cheaper to convert more of the traffic you already have than to acquire new traffic.

Do you run A/B tests?

For stores with enough traffic to reach significance, yes. For smaller stores, I prioritize evidence-based changes over formal split testing.
